I would like to thank everyone who came out and supported us as well as all our reviewers from Now, The Star, The National Post, Martini Boys, The Sun, chowhounders, The Globe and Mail, Toronto Life and all the other media that wrote about us.
As much trepidation as a restaurantoir feels about reviews, they are hugely effective at getting our message out to the public but also helping us see the "missing bits" as we move our outlets forward.
This was my first attempt at a restaurant in Toronto but will not be my last.
The Toronto food scene is growing every week. Local produce continues to become easier to find. There are both great learning opportunities and the open-mindedness to forward dining education.
